What Oralax processes

Oralax processes clinic account data, appointment data, billing records, prescription details, and patient contact details so clinics can run scheduling, billing, reminders, and prescription workflows.

Security controls

Sensitive patient fields are encrypted before storage, traffic is protected in transit, and clinic access is restricted by role. Clinics are responsible for collecting patient consent and using Oralax only where they are legally permitted to process patient data.

GDPR and LATAM rights

People in supported GDPR, LATAM, and selected South Asian regions may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or objection where local law provides those rights. Clinics remain the primary controller of their patient records; Oralax supports clinics in responding to valid requests.

Clinic owners can download a structured JSON export of their clinic data from Settings.
